Emily Blunt Almost Played Black Widow
Emily Blunt was once offered the role of Natasha Romanoff, also known as Black Widow, in Iron Man 2.
The character later became one of Scarlett Johansson’s most famous roles in the Marvel movies. Blunt could not take the part because of another film contract she had at the time.
She later said it was a disappointing situation because she was excited about the opportunity. Even without the Marvel role, Blunt became one of Hollywood’s most successful actresses.
Sarah Michelle Gellar Turned Down Clueless
Sarah Michelle Gellar was reportedly considered for the role of Cher Horowitz in Clueless.
The role later made Alicia Silverstone a major star in the 1990s. Gellar had a scheduling problem because of her work on All My Children, so she was unable to join the movie.
Although she missed out on Cher, Gellar later found huge success as Buffy Summers in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Michael B. Jordan Missed Straight Outta Compton
Michael B. Jordan was once linked to the role of Dr. Dre in Straight Outta Compton.
The movie followed the rise of the famous rap group N.W.A. and became a popular music drama. Jordan was unable to take the role because of other commitments, including his work on Fantastic Four.
The part went to Corey Hawkins, who received praise for his performance as the music legend.

Jack Nicholson is known for many unforgettable performances, but he decided not to play Michael Corleone in The Godfather.
